This is the fountain in Juckett Park named after Walter Juckett, a well loved entrepreneur in the town of Hudson Falls, NY. I grew up in this town and have sat by and played near this fountain many times in walks with my mother or with friends. In the winter it is covered with a green wooden pyramid. When I go by the park and see it opened back up, I know spring has truly arrived.

Ah, you're from Hudson Falls? I grew up and went to school there. It's a small town compared to the surrounding cities but still a nice place to raise kids. Thanks for the compliment as well. I have tried to get the sun just right for the fountain, maybe this year I'll have better luck..

No, I'm from Queensbury, but still...I know the area quite well and since I've been living in Houston, I don't get to see much of it anymore.

Ah, I work in Qsby. Angiodynamics out on Qsby. ave. near the airport and wow what a change to go from Queensbury to Houston.

What was more shocking is when my girlfriend (now wife) showed me the home where she grew up and it was two blocks from a Queensbury Ave. in Houston. What are the chances of that happening? :)

It's so strange how many coincidences life deals us.
